On-line orders
Placing your order on-line is simple and convenient.
Please follow these five easy steps:
- Registry and login your account
- Select your products and add them to the shopping cart
- Enter your billing information
- Enter your shipping information
- Confirm your order
- Our Sales will contact you within office hours to confirm your order
Telephone/Fax/Email orders
Call or fax your order to Tel(852) 2802 3977 Fax(852) 2802 3966. You may also email
your order to order@winelkot.com.hk.
Payment by Cash or Cheque (for Hong Kong originating orders only)
Payment has to be handed over to our staff upon delivery of the order. Cash or Cheque
made out of “Mio Work Ltd” payment mode is available to all orders.
Out of Stock Items
While we continually monitor inventory to ensure our website's accuracy, there is
on occasion, instances where certain vintages sell out or simply are no longer available.
When that occurs, Winelot.com.hk is available to make suggestions for comparable
vintage or varietals substitutions. We will email you our recommendations and you
can either accept our recommendations or have us replace the items with others you
prefer. In cases where you choose not to have substitutions made to your orders,
we will simply ship the available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel
the order on your behalf (as applicable).

To ensure that your order is processed in a timely fashion, please review the following

Legal Age Requirement
Wine may be sold and delivered only to a person who is at least 18 years old. By
placing your order with us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and
the person to whom any wine will be delivered is also 18 years old.
Email confirmations
We will send an email order confirmation to the address specified in your account.
Email confirmations are considered a service, and are therefore still delivered
to customers who have requested not to receive promotional email messages from us.
Delivery
- Free delivery to all locations within Hong Kong (except off-shore islands) when
purchase over $1,200
- A HK$80.00 delivery charge is applicable otherwise.
- All wine deliveries require a signature for receipt. Signature must be obtained
by individuals over the age of 18 years.
- Delivery charges are calculated when you check out.
- In instances where one or more items in your order is not available for immediate
delivery, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or offer to
hold your order until all items are available for delivery.
- No deliveries will be made on public holidays and weekends.
Self Collection
If you prefer to pick up your purchase from our office, you can do so between 10am
and 6pm, Mondays to Fridays. We are located at unit 602, 283 lockhart road, wah hing
com. Bldg, wanchai, hong kong. We accept only cash or cheque made out to
"Mio Work Ltd" for self collection. To place your order, simply email your
selections to order@winelot.com.hk. We
will call you and also send you an acknowledgement email with the earliest date
you can collect your purchase. In most instances, your order will be ready for collection
within 3 working days.
As is tradition in the wine trade, all bottles 10 years or older are purchased at
the buyer's risk.
