A meatier - less fatty version of the traditional rack. These are frenched meaning that part of the bone is exposed. Comes as two 4 rib racks. They are around 1 kg. We will invoice you based on the actual weight at $27 per 100 gm
Tip: There's a strip of connective tissue which runs in line with the bone. This effectively creates two halves of meat. If you cut along this connective tissue you get two sides of lovely tender meat. If you cut across this strip you'll end up with a chewy mouthful of meat.
