Beautiful and intense color with violet glints.
Harvest and Winemaking: Hand picking and strict sorting on belts Winemaking: 5 days of cold skin contact and then 3 weeks around 29°C with pumping over and plunging done according to the tasting result.
Tasting: Black Pepper notes with smoky touch are revealed. Then black cherries and blackcurrant hints are coming. The body of the wine is very delicate with velvety tannins. The finish is fresh and allows a good potential.
