Respekt organic fairtrade puer mini ball is sourced from a farm belonging to the Cang Yuan Rai Sai Tea Group based in Lincang, Yunnan, located at 1800m above sea level. Most farmers belong to the Wa ethnic group and earned an average annual income of just ￥3000. In 2011, the tea group received Fair Trade certification (FLO) and now the annual income of the tea farmers are increased more than twofold.
