iPEN Maintenance service

We provide 1-year warranty for the iPEN. This warranty does not cover damage caused by force majeure or self-repair. contact us when it needs repair service. The customer required to present the original proof of purchase for repairing. (E-receipts for online purchases.) Simply take your IPEN with the receipt to our office, Rm 301, Premier Centre, 20 Cheung Shun St., LCK, Kowloon for repairing.

You may also deliver your iPEN to our office via courier service, please attach the iPEN Maintenance service form and deliver to us.

Try to reboost your iPEN (Gen 7th) if you experience a malfunction.
