Shipping & Return
FREE Delivery is offered for order amount HK$800 or above. For purchase less than HK$800, the courier rate will be based on the following calculation :

Courier rate = Total order amount x 8%

Remark : Minimum courier rate is HK$32 (if the rate calculation is less than HK$32, the final courier rate will be counted as HK$32)

Local parcels delivery service (by Hong Kong Post)
Available for product with total dimension less than 40cm (L+W+H). Fixed fare is HK$12. Please consult our customer service team for whether the product is suit for the service or not.

For Macau shipment, the courier charge will be based on the actual cost from Courier, for which customer need to pay directly to them upon receipt the goods. deBebe is responsible for the selection of courier service & delivery arrangement. Customer is welcome to suggest their preferred service prodvider.

Delivery service is only available upon receipt of payment.

One delivery address for each order.

The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday between 9:00am and 6:00pm (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

For delivery areas that cannot be reached directly by a functioning lift, please specify in the order. An extra delivery charge of HK$30 for each floor is required, which will be agreed with the customers prior to the delivery.

We will call you or send email to confirm the delivery date for each order. You will also receive a reminder call on the delivery date.

Remote areas
Fixed charge of HK$70 for delivery service to remote areas of Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Shek O, Repulse Bay, Stanley & Hong Kong South District. For Discovery Bay & Outlying Island, fixed charge of HKD100 is needed. Delivery will be arranged on every Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. However, if you work in Hong Kong or Kowloon side, we would be happy to arrange to pick up your order at the ferry piers and working area.

International shipment
International shipment are not available for the time being. However, if you still cannot find the items you were looking for in your country, please contact us at contact@debebe.com.hk.We will try our best to deliver you abroad.

Shipping charge calculation
If you have selected to ship items, your total shipping cost will be calculated automatically during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Shipping policies and delivery windows are subject to change without prior notice. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team at contact@debebe.com.hk.

Important notice & restrictions
Please be aware of the following in order to assist you for the order & shipment arrangement :

1. Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
2. Your order must be received and your payment verified by 3.00 p.m. or your order will not be processed until the following business day.
3. ALL orders require a valid telephone number.
4. Please note that local delivery does not cover villages, P.O Boxes, restricted areas and lot numbers.
5. Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be informed to re-schedule delivery time.
6. We will charge an additional delivery fee for the re-schedule shipment if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
7. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify deBebe at least 1 business day in advance of any change to their delivery address at contact@debebe.com.hk

Please check the products upon delivery. For any damages arising from transportation and non personal reasons, please contact us and we will arrange the products exchange at our earliest possible. Kindly accept our apology that no exchange is available after acknowledging the products.

We reserve the right to refuse any return and exchange of used or damaged products.

We reserve the right to revise the above Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice to you.
