1) Simple E-shopping step-by-step
Register as a member of our website if you are a first-time customer. It’s FREE. You will earn more information and promotion of our shop as being our member.
Simple Shopping Steps:
- Find your favorite product at our website. Click “ADD TO CART”OR "QUICK CHECKOUT" in product information of your favorite product and then the product will be added to “Shopping Cart” automatically.
- Click “Shopping Cart”LOGO at the top right corner after you finish shopping at our website.
- Click “CHECKOUT” in “Shopping Cart”, then choose login, register OR checkout without registration.
- Please enter your contact information and delivery details, then select “CHECKOUT”to show the order details.
- Select payment method and confirm order
- If you choose online payment (PayPal/Visa/Master/UnionPay/AmericanExpress), then please follow the instruction and finish payment.
If you choose "Bank In", then the ordering is done.
- Now your order has been placed! You will receive an order confirmation email soon.
- An email or phone confirmation of delivery details will be sent to you within 2 business days after we received your payment.
2) E-Coupon
If you have a E-coupon number, just enter it in the E-coupon number field on the Shopping Cart page . Please note that these codes are case-sensitive. Click "update " to see the promotion reflected in your shopping basket. You may only use one promotion code per order. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be use once expired.
3) Change the details of my order
If customer insist to make changes on delivery address or ordered item , please kindly contact our Customer Service Representative by email. Once an order is dispatched, no change will be accepted. Whenever you make a change of an order, the estimated delivery date will be affected.
4) Cancel the order
We usually take care all orders within the next business day. If you would need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and specify your Order Number. A cancel order confirmation email will be sent to you after the cancellation is acknowledged. NOTE: Once an order is being packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled by you or our customer service department.
